1. Return and Exchange Policy

• You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items
• Add-on items

3. Exchange Process

• Contact us at support@solematemalaysia.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• Once approved, ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for defective items.
• For defective items, contact us with:
  • Proof of purchase
  • A short description of the defect
  • Clear photos of the defect
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
• Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Conditions

• Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns via cash on delivery (C.O.D.) services.
• Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.
